- Payments are processed through licensed, secure payment gateways — we never store your card details.
- We never sell your data, and only share what's necessary with park authorities, hotels, or boat operators to complete your trip.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel 14+ days before departure: full refund minus an administrative fee.
- Cancel 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before departure, or no-show: non-refundable.
- One free reschedule, subject to availability, when requested at least 7 days ahead.
- Full refund or free reschedule with no penalty for cancellations due to extreme weather or government restrictions.
